Digital Subscription Refunds & Cancellations
All subscriptions on Auction Gecko are for digital services and are non-refundable once activated.
Cancellation:
- Users may cancel auto-renewal subscriptions before the next billing cycle to prevent future charges.
- Cancellation requests should be submitted via support@auctiongecko.com.
Refunds:
- Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors during payment
- Payment gateway failures
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
Misuse & Termination:
- Auction Gecko reserves the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions in case of fraudulent activity or violation of the website terms.
- Users will be notified before termination wherever possible.
